Here at LC Screeding we have over 20 years experience, all our staff are CSCS card holders and are registered to lay the products of our suppliers and therefore pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a range of screeds to suit all floors, both commercial and domestic. We only use ordinary Portland cement cem1 42.5N conforming to BS EN 197-1.

Almost all of our screeds can be used in schools, hospitals, barn conversions, self builds, and much more, from a large complex to a conservatory.

We always mix our screed on site unless specified. Site mixing is more cost affective for the customer so we only use the materials needed for the job in hand. No ready mixed screed is then left to dispose of making making for the most environmentally friendly service possible.
